Every item is shipped directly by the artist who designed or made your product, so please note that orders may arrive in several packages.
Everything is dispatched within 1-3 working days (not including weekends), unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
2nd Class Shipping is free.
1st Class and Tracked 24 Hour is calculated at checkout.
Please note that there are postal delays and Royal Mail may not deliver within their stated time frames.

We hope you are completely satisfied with your order, but if you are unhappy, you can return all, or part, of your order to us and receive a full refund (minus any shipping costs) within 30 days of placing your order.
