Meet Lou Boyce
Lou is a self-taught, mixed media artist from Bristol who loves to draw, paint, design, print and take photos. Being Bristol born and bred her work is often influenced by the great local street art and music scenes that the city is famous for.
Lou is also inspired by Bristol's diverse mix of cultures and the sights and sounds of urban life. Lou loves bold design and striking colours and is a self-confessed doodler, her frantic scribbles often finding their way into her finished designs.
Lou designed and painted a Shaun the Sheep sculpture for Bristol's Shaun in the City art trail in 2015. She has also just finished painting a Henson Pig sculpture which will go on show throughout summer 2017 in the Gloucestershire area for Marketing Gloucester's Henson Pig Trail.
